His path of mastery began at age twelve through formal training in the Shaolin Kung Fu tradition, studying the warrior arts as an integrated discipline of body, mind, and spirit. This early immersion established a lifelong foundation of discipline, presence, and embodied leadership that continues today through ongoing martial arts practice, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where he holds the rank of Purple Belt.
In 1986, Satyen founded Beyond Kung Fu Studios in Brampton, Ontario, a martial arts school that continues to thrive today under black belts he personally trained, representing the earliest expression of a life devoted to awakening human potential through lived practice.
From adolescence onward, he immersed himself in Eastern and Western healing traditions and wisdom lineages. His shamanic initiation began in his early twenties, initiating more than four decades of ceremonial and transformational work across physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, and subtle healing modalities. Over this time he has trained extensively and holds numerous certifications spanning diverse healing and transformational disciplines.
Long before the contemporary resurgence of consciousness work, Satyen became a pioneer in applied consciousness methodologies, including the responsible transformational use of psychedelic and plant medicine–based practices approached with rigor, ethics, and integration.
He later became widely recognized as a master facilitator of Enlightenment Intensives, personally guiding more than 10,000 individuals into direct experiential realization of their true nature and the nature of life itself.
Across seminars, leadership trainings, retreats, and organizational engagements worldwide, Satyen has impacted well over 100,000 individuals through live, in-person work, with many more reached globally through practitioner trainings, educational programs, and media platforms.
Satyen is the Founder of WarriorSage, one of North America's longest-standing transformational leadership organizations, and creator of the WarriorSage philosophy, integrating strong spine and open heart into mature leadership.
Through WarriorSage, he initiated men's leadership movements around the world, guiding thousands of men beyond earlier models of masculinity defined either by strength without heart or sensitivity without grounded power. These initiatory pathways evolved into the League of the Warrior Sage, developed alongside his wife Suzanne, who led reciprocal initiatory work supporting women into embodied leadership and relational sovereignty.
As an extension of this work into modern enterprise, Satyen created the WarriorSage CEO Dojo, a private leadership environment for extraordinary founders and CEOs of positive-impact companies. Within the Dojo, leaders engage in deep inner development while simultaneously expanding, stabilizing, and harmonizing their organizations in alignment with WarriorSage principles.

At age 12, Satyen began training in Shaolin Kung Fu, tracing his lineage back to Bodhidharma himself. Forty-five years of dedicated practice led to his Black Sash and the founding of Beyond Kung Fu in 1986—one of his first ventures bridging martial discipline with inner transformation. He also holds a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The warrior path taught him presence under pressure, the cultivation of embodied power, and the foundations that would later inform his work with executives navigating high-stakes decisions.

Satyen trained extensively in somatic healing modalities, earning certifications as a Licensed Acupuncturist (1987), Certified Shiatsu Therapist (1986), Certified Hypnotherapist (1997, American Board of Hypnotherapy), and NLP Practitioner (1988). These disciplines inform his approach to transformation—working not just with mind and spirit, but with the intelligence of the body itself.

For more than 40 years, Satyen has trained in shamanic traditions across indigenous cultures in Peru, Egypt, Ireland, India, and Africa. His first initiation was with Stuart Wilde in Ireland. He has studied with ancient Egyptian wisdom keepers including Hakim, and has been initiated into Peruvian shamanic traditions where he now serves as a practitioner himself. These initiations taught him to navigate the thresholds where old identities dissolve and new capacities emerge—the terrain where leaders cross from who they've been to who they're becoming.

Over nearly two decades, he guided thousands of individuals through direct experiences of their true nature—those rare moments where the constructed self dissolves and pure awareness remains.

Around 2010, Satyen's ongoing research and new discoveries led to the creation of the AE (Accelerated Evolution) Methodology—a pioneering suite of techniques for rapid resolution of emotional and mental patterns, trauma release, and spiritual awakening. He traveled the world studying with master teachers, refining core methods with their blessing and appreciation into a concrete, teachable system. In 2010, he founded Accelerated Evolution Academy to train facilitators worldwide in these applied consciousness techniques. To date, the AE methods have facilitated transformation for over 100,000 individuals globally.
